This policy explains what information the current Arhan Scentiments website uses, what stays in your browser, how browser-local accounts work and how contact information is handled.
When you write to us, the contact page lets you enter details such as your name, email or phone number, an optional order number and your message. The contact page does not send anything until you choose WhatsApp or email.
The current checkout asks for a name, mobile number and delivery details for reference only. Online ordering is not available yet: those details are held in the page while you use it, but no order is submitted or saved, no email address is requested, and no payment is collected.
If you create an account, the details you provide — your name, username, email address, phone number and any saved addresses — are stored in your browser on the device you are using. Your password is not stored as plain text; only a one-way derived value is kept in this browser.
Cart, wishlist and recently viewed fragrances are kept in this browser’s local storage — product slugs, sizes and quantities. Account records are stored in the same browser under separate browser storage. A sign-in marker is also kept in browser storage so a refresh keeps you signed in on this device until you sign out or clear browser data.
Account records can include your name, username, email address, phone number, saved addresses, a password-derived value and any demonstration order records previously created in this browser. No session storage and no website cookies are used.
This information stays on the device you are using. It is not synchronized between devices. Clearing this browser’s site data may remove saved shopping, account and demonstration order information.
Accounts on the React reference are a browser-local preview, not server-backed accounts. They do not synchronize across devices, and email verification is not connected. Password recovery is a local demonstration and does not send an email or reset link.
When you choose WhatsApp or email, the information you send is handled through those external communication services. This site does not store it, and no internal support system receives it.
Online ordering is not currently available. Checkout does not submit or register an order, does not send an order to a merchant, and does not collect payment.
WhatsApp links open WhatsApp with a message ready to send; email links open your own email app. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts when a page opens so the site displays correctly.
No analytics, advertising or behaviour-tracking tools are used. No account, order, cart or checkout data is sent to a server database, CRM, payment provider, email provider or marketing platform by this website.
Online payment is not enabled here — no card or payment details are collected or processed, and no payment provider is connected.
You can clear your saved cart, wishlist and browser-local account data at any time by clearing this browser’s site data. Account details, saved addresses and demonstration order records can be removed from Password & Security by deleting the account.
We may update this policy when the website or connected services change. The latest version is shown here.
